PRIVACY POLICY
Service information should stay where it belongs.

Who we are
HomeGuard HVAC & Boiler is operated by New York Deyuan Heating and Cooling Engineering Company. This policy covers our website, service-request forms, customer work-order pages, chat and service-related text messages.
Information we collect
When you request service, we may collect your name, mobile number, service address, ZIP code, equipment type, problem description, access notes, photos, short fault videos and their audio, language preference, appointment choices and records of your consent to receive service texts. We also collect limited technical data needed to protect the site from abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to review the problem, prepare an estimate or diagnostic recommendation, coordinate an appointment, send work-order updates, operate the customer portal, prevent fraud and maintain service records.
Mobile information and messaging consent
We never sell mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records or messaging consent data, or disclose them to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional use. We provide only the information necessary to service providers that help us deliver the services you request, such as hosting, storage and text-message delivery; those providers may use it only to perform those services.
Service text messages
Texts are limited to the service request you authorize. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment; use your private work-order page or call us to change service.
Storage and security
Customer work-order links use random private credentials, and repair photos and videos are kept in private storage. When supported, your browser prepares smaller attachments before upload without changing originals on your device. Repair attachments are not automatically used for social-media content. We limit access to operational staff and keep information only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, safety and legal obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Drafts and incoming replies
The service form can temporarily save your typed draft in this browser tab for 30 minutes after editing. Photos, videos and text-message consent are not saved in that draft. You can clear it on the form. Choosing the service-request link in chat carries your own messages into the form for review, not the assistant’s statements. Incoming service texts may be stored for authorized staff to review; they do not automatically change your appointment.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct or delete information that is not required for an active service, payment record or legal obligation. You may also withdraw text consent at any time by replying STOP.
